Located at 274 Route 23 in Franklin, NJ, our restaurant was created with one mission in mind: serve incredible food made fresh, made right, and made to be shared.
At Holy Chick!, we don’t believe in choosing between chicken or pizza — so we mastered both. Our menu features exceptional fried and grilled chicken, bold sauces, handcrafted pizzas, fresh salads, appetizers, desserts, shakes, and a full lineup of Dirty Sodas (our signature non-alcoholic soda cocktails). Everything is made fresh and cooked to order, with only a few items ever seeing the inside of a freezer.

Holy Chick! is a full-service restaurant offering dine-in, takeout, catering, private parties, and more. We are proudly BYOB, we always honor coupons (including Sussex Miners Baseball card coupons), and we’re committed to becoming a long-standing part of the Franklin community.

We are opening Monday December 8th 2025 at 4pm. This will be a soft opening with limited hours.
We will be open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 10pm and Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 12 Midnight. Once our staff develops a good flow we will add additional hours and eventually we will be open from 6am to Midnight weekdays and 6am to 1am weekends. Once we are open our full hours , we will serve Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and late night menu.

We use only Beef Tallow to fry our food.

The Drive Thru will not be open initially. We need time to perfect the inside dining experience. Once this is achieved , we will open the Drive Thru
